Full Mouth Rehabilitation

Full mouth reconstruction, full mouth rehabilitation and full mouth restoration are terms often used interchangeably to describe the process of rebuilding or simultaneously restoring all of the teeth in both the upper and lower jaws. Full mouth rehabilitation typically involves performing procedures like crowns, bridges and veneers and in some instances can involve the assistance of specialist dentists.

Teeth Whitening

At Central Dental we use Zoom! Teeth whitening which is the No.1 requested whitening brand used by many celebrities and public figures. Teeth whitening is affordable, safe and shows immediate results. The treatment will require 4x 15 minutes sessions, done within one appointment.

Dental Bridge

A dental bridge is a form of a false tooth used to close the gap(s) present due to a missing tooth or teeth in general. The bridge gets its name from how it closes the gap between teeth. It is set in place using the other permanent teeth in the mouth on both sides of the gap. It consists of two or more crowns depending on the size of the gap needing to be filled.

Veneers

Veneers are wafer-thin, custom-made shells of tooth-coloured materials designed to cover the front surface of teeth. These shells are bonded to the front of the teeth changing their colour, shape, size, or length and therefore improving appearance. They are a more conservative treatment than a crown and can often be used as an alternative if the underlying tooth is strong and healthy.

Dentures

Dentures are composed of artificial teeth bonded to a plastic base. The dentist makes an impression of the dental arch and remaining teeth (if any), using a special impression material. The color and shape of the artificial teeth can be closely matched to your natural teeth. A few short appointments are required in order to make a new set of dentures.

Dental Crowns

A dental crown is a tooth-shaped “cap” that is placed over a tooth. It is used to restore shape, size, strength and improve its appearance. The crowns, when cemented into place, fully encase the entire visible portion of a tooth that lies at and above the gum line.
